“Dave and Jackie — Just a quick note to thank you both for putting on such a wonderful LEONIDAS Luau Celebration. You guys knocked our socks off — or would have if we had been wearing socks. J The food was terrific! It was very obvious that you put in a significant amount of time and effort planning and preparing the menu. I wish I had had more room for the desserts because the cookies and pineapple-mango cake were delicious but I had filled up on the wonderful tropical hors d’oevres and dips. And the drink selection was superb – how can you go wrong with Red Rocket Ale and Long Board Lager at a rocket luau? I am so glad we were able to include the adult beverages at an Aerojet hosted party. Lastly, the little touches you added were spot on — tikki torches and pineapple centerpieces were a very nice touch.
Maybe best of all was the service you provided — professional and fun at the same time, what a concept. You truly are a full service caterer that takes care of and thinks of everything including providing us the left-over the next day, all wrapped up and chilled down. From start to end you did an outstanding job. We have received many, many positive comments about the food, the set-up, and the great job your team did.
