We had the pleasure of catering a lovely wedding November 5th at Villa Florentina in the Coloma Hills. The wedding was flawless from start to finish and was nothing short of perfect weather in the perfect setting. The venue was a breathtakingly beautiful Tuscany Estate surrounded by olive orchards. It was an absolute honor to work with this wonderful couple and be a part of their special day celebrating their love. It was also great to see so many Ponderosa High School Class of 2013 Graduates back together in celebration of their classmates! Here’s a look at the menu we served:
- Appetizers: Sake Teriyaki Meatballs and Warm Artichoke Jalapeño and Parmesan Dip served with Pita Chips and sliced Baguette.
- Dinner: Slow Smoked Tri-Tip, Grilled Chicken Breast in a Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Sauce, Penne Pasta with Grilled Veggies in a Fire Roasted Tomato and Red Bell Pepper Sauce, House Salad (Mixed Greens with Walnuts and Gorgonzola Cheese tossed in Raspberry Vinaigrette), and Caesar Salad.
We also had the pleasure of working with Jordan of J. Marie Custom Events, Chris from Epic Events, and Patsy from Villa Florentino. A crew of such talented professionals made for a smooth evening and everyone was wonderful to work with.
